How you begin your day shapes everything. But too often, we reach for our phones before we even take a breath.

Try this instead—just 5 minutes:

  • Sit up in bed.
  • Place your feet on the floor.
  • Close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths.
  • Whisper a gratitude: “Thank you for today.”
  • Stretch, smile, and set a small intention (e.g., “I choose peace today.”)

Starting your morning with presence sets the tone for everything that follows. It tells your soul: You matter more than the notifications.
