Too busy for a full meditation? Try this instead.

The 60-second reset:

  1. Pause whatever you’re doing.
  2. Close your eyes (or soften your gaze).
  3. Inhale slowly… and exhale.
  4. Ask yourself: What am I feeling in my body?
  5. Take three slow breaths—just to notice.

It only takes a minute, but it gives your nervous system a break. You’ll feel more in control, centered, and ready to respond with calm.

“Check in with yourself.”
